How do I create an account?
Open builo.app/app, choose Create an account, and confirm your email. Existing invitation links remain supported.
My email link expired or has already been used.
Return to the app and request a new recovery link, or reply to your inviter for invitation help. Open the original email rather than a copied or shortened URL.
Why does a reset link need the same device?
Recovery uses PKCE: the app that requested the email holds a verifier. If you changed devices or reinstalled the app, request a new reset from the device you want to use. The website cannot recover that verifier.
The Builo app is not installed. What should I do?
When browser access is enabled, choose Continue in browser on the email-link page. Otherwise use the private iPhone installation instructions in your invitation; there is no public App Store link yet. For recovery, request a fresh link in the same browser or installed app.
I cannot see my company revenue.
Check the connected account, reporting period, currency, coverage and freshness in the app. A $0 amount can be valid verified revenue. Growth may need more history or a nonzero comparison baseline.
Does connecting a revenue source publish my numbers?
No. Choose a verified card separately when creating or editing each post. Company-profile metrics and leaderboard participation have independent controls in your company settings. Connecting a source never attaches a card automatically.
How do I stop sharing or ask for deletion?
Withdraw the relevant publication or participation in the app to suppress that public scope. For account deletion, waitlist removal or a privacy request, email [email protected] with “Delete my account” or “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
How do I report a security issue or abusive content?
Contact the beta team privately with a short description and non-sensitive reproduction steps. Do not include passwords, active tokens or private financial records. Do not post security details publicly while the issue is being assessed.
